CALL SERVICE RULES:

1. We make calls only AFTER you make a payment. We can provide call recording as a proof at the end. 

 

2. We do not make a callbacks for free, if a call was unsuccessfull. Every call is our spent time and it should be paid. 

3. Client should  provide as much information as possible to avoid any unexpected questions from bank/shop.

4. We do not make any refunds for unsuccessfull calls.

5. We don’t make threat calls or calls to a police department.

VERIFIED ACCOUNTS RULES: 

1. Change your password from Gmail, where your Google Voice (phone number) is also located. This email and phone number linked to account.

2. Download OpnVpn application on your phone or computer and connect config (IP address) sent by us. We registered account on this IP address, so it’s better for you to use only one IP.
